Carey Group Publishing issues 30-day post-purchase surveys to every customer. First, we thank those of you who take the time to provide us feedback. Second, we thank you for the accolades! An analysis of all responses in 2019 indicates that 100% of our customers were either satisfied or very satisfied with their experience.
